Recently we had Donatella Giacometti of CEOMediaCoach.com in the studio to refresh the photography on her website. The idea was to build the layout around the photography, so while Larry was shooting, Patrick was on the phone and back and forth via email with the web designer sending comps and test shots so that everything would be places in just the right places. In the end we ended up having to stretch the photo a little bit in Photoshop so that it would fit the layout perfectly and this was the end result.

Larry headed over to the Marriott Marquis in the heart of Times Square recently to photograph the annual Women on Wall Street event. Sponsorered by Deutsche Bank, the WOWS conference began started in 1995 and at this point has grown to over 2,000 attendees. For more information head over to the Women in Business Website.

Recently Larry was contacted to photograph a corporate event down the street from Camera 1′s Midtown Manhattan studio at the Times Squares Marriott Marquis. The event was the annual Women on Wall Street Conference sponsored by Deutsche Bank, celebrating business women across the world.

While shooting photos of the new building at 11 Times Square, the Camera 1 crew set up a camera to capture a time-lapse of the scene with the sun setting into New Jersey. This animated gif cuts to the chase and shows the scene in 10 quick frames.

With the Summer winding down, we are kicking into fall event mode. The below shots are from a Wine Reception at the New York Public Library. With the iconic rooms, the Library is one of our favorite places to go for event and iconic photos.

Larry and Geoff headed down to the southern tip of Manhattan to photograph working shots of some attorneys at one of New York’s most prestigious law firms. Scoping out different locations throughout their office, more than a few scenarios were photographed using their employees and their spaces. Below are a couple of samples of what came out of the shoot.

Larry was in Washington DC recently with JDRF to photograph their annual conference on capital hill. Pictured below is JDRF President Jeffrey Brewer standing along side NASCAR superstar Trevor Baynes car. Bayne has been sponsored by JDRF for a few seasons to help spread the word about diabetes research in hopes to find a cure.

It’s golf season in New York. Geoff recently went out to Beth Page Black with one of our corporate clients to photograph their annual golf outing. Here’s a quick sampling of what was captured.

Recently while photographing a group of Analysts at a financial firm down on Wall Street, we were approached by their head of Corporate Communications to see if we could possibly shoot some of their board members in a handful of settings so they could use them in various outlets. We pulled together a standard portrait on a background as well as a couple of more relaxed environmental portraits and a couple of posed working shots. Filling the quota of multiple photos for all types of use and squeezing it all into a 45 minute session. Mission complete.

We have some traditions here at Camera One, when Winter rolls around(or at least when it is supposed to…) get ready to shoot a yearly group photo or two. Here is this years example of just that, every year we pack up our gear and make our way over to the Harvard Club to shoot a group photo and 2011 was no different than 2010, 2009, 2008 etc.
