Patrick has begun to take a series of photos of his view of Bear Mountain as he waits for the Metro North in Westchester each morning. With the wide range of weather this winter, every morning has held a new sight. Below are a few examples of the sight to be seen.

Patrick and his wife welcomed a wonderful baby girl into their live’s over this past summer. On a recent trip into the city, we got her into the studio for her first(of many) round of photos. A nice little break from the day to day grind.

While shooting photos of the new building at 11 Times Square, the Camera 1 crew set up a camera to capture a time-lapse of the scene with the sun setting into New Jersey. This animated gif cuts to the chase and shows the scene in 10 quick frames.

Following a lecture regarding Religion members of various Clergies and members of New York’s Union League Club meed for some drinks and the chance to discuss life in the library at the Union League Club headquarters.

Just about as opposite as you can get from Corporate Photography, Patrick spent some time in Southern California shooting with the creative Director from Airborne Bikes. After a day of looking for the perfect location, ending up on the top of the hills as sunset turned out to be ideal for a mix of ambient and artificial light.

With August being a little bit of a slower time at Camera One, Patrick took he opportunity to hop over to London for a week to check out the 2012 Olympic Center and cover the BMX Racing test event. Pictured here is Team USA hopeful Nic Long riding an obstacle that didn’t work so well and will be taken out and redesigned for the 2012 games.

There are certain assignments that come through year after year, and though it might be the same thing, it is a completely new set of people and a completely new set of photos. The Mount Sinai School of Medicine’s Annual Commencement Ceremony is one of those assignments. Every year we are there and see a new set of faces and a new set of doctors. We go mainly to capture the posed photos on stage, but can’t pass up documenting the excitement around us as well.

While out in Chula Vista, California covering the USA Cycling BMX Championships for espn.com/action Patrick caught this glimpse of the So Cal sunset as he was setting for for his next shot.
