Our Process

1. Pre-Production

  • Space Walkthrough: An on-site walkthrough to map the layout and maximize shoot efficiency.
  • Strategic Shot List: A tight schedule is structured to capture 4 to 5 distinct looks—including classic corporate headshots, active workspace shots, and environmental portraits.
  • Subject Research: Brief research into the executive’s personal hobbies helps build quick rapport on set to elicit natural, genuine expressions.

2. Shoot-Day

  • Early Multi-Set Build: Arriving one hour early allows the crew to construct 2 to 3 sets simultaneously, to ensure zero executive downtime.

  • Active On-Site Crew: Sessions are run by a lead photographer, a second photographer, a production assistant, and a professional makeup artist.

  • Strict Redundancy: Double the necessary gear is brought to eliminate risk of technical delays or scheduling conflicts.

3. Post-Production

  • Curated Proofing: Raw images are culled down to a concise selection and uploaded to a private gallery for fast client review.

  • Precision Retouching: Selected portraits receive natural, professional retouching to polish the final assets.

  • Multi-Use Delivery: Final high-resolution files are delivered ready for incorporation across all executive branding channels.
